Hello -

I just purchased this blog and skinned in very easily. However, it is not picking up most of my blog posts. I can link to them directly and that looks fine but I can’t navigate to them through the blog.

I basically looks like it is only picking up one blog post per category and none of the other ones.

Also, I am not seeing any of the widgets I added in the sidebar nor am I seeing the carousel. I didn’t see anything in the instructions about the carousel.

I do not plan on using the Similar Articles plug-in – will that adversely effect anything?

Any update on the 2.9 compatibility issue? I really like this theme and would like to purchase it, but I’m scared it has to many unresolved issues… any updates would be great.

Yes – for some reason every page is titled ‘Service Times’ (the heading given to what is normally the ‘Latest News’ area) rather than whatever the title actually is.

When you hover over the menu, there’s a tool-tip type bubble that pops up. Is there a way of removing this option? Thanks

Before i purchase this, I want to know: Can the blog can be setup on the homepage and layout remains the same?

OK, Not much time to spare, so I just bought the template ion good faith.

I also sent an email to the support address you’ve provided to others.

What I want is to have teaser blog content on the homepage WITH the default homepage header and rest of the layout.

I’ve tried just editing Reading Wordpress settings and when i add blog as a static homepage, I lose the layout.

I tried Wordpress Reading settings again and the option: Front page displays “Your latest posts” doesn’t seem to work at all with this template.

I also created a page and added it for the THEME Option “Main Page Content:” but that seems to be only available for static pages.

Maybe there is a line of code I can add to the static page that will pull all blog content to the homepage and keep the layout as-is???

Hello again,

Thanks for your help, everything is working perfectly so far, but I still have a few wishes !

1) http://stilettomarketing.ca/ managed to write a custom description under the homepage titles, different than the first n characters of the post / page that they link to, both for the featured titles and for the 3 bottom blocks.

(for instance “Don’t believe what your kids tell you. Social media is for business. ” instead of “Real people have said these things…”, which would be the first words of the post/page that “Social Media” links to).

I would like to do the same for my site. Is there a simple way to do it, and could you describe it to me ?

2) The line underneath posts/pages titles disappeared from the “blog” view, probably because I switched to another (bigger) font (Museo) using cufon.

The way i see it, I can either make the titles smaller, so question 2 a) would be: where in the style.css can I change the titles’ size ? Or I could change the position of the separating line, making it a bit lower to accomodate the change in size of the title (how to do it would be question 2 b) )

It’s me again, and since I did not yet get an answer, I decided to refine my questions and to give you some screen captures to help as well !

Please answer as soon as possible, since I’m stuck with these 2 issues right now.

I would like:

1) replace the beginning of the 3 featured pages on the homepage by a custom text, while maintaing the links as they are:

2) Correct the problem that causes the pages’ titles to display differently than the posts titles (no line and not enough space between the title and the text of the page itself), as shown here:

my pages (mistakenly) look like this:

I am very happy with this theme and all it’s features. One thing everyone wants to see is page names in the URL and better titles on the pages. I realize there are plugins for SEO that can help, but I wonder if there’s a simple way to change the page=id’s to the page name? I guess this is called “pretty permalinks”. Switching from HTML to VISUAL editor removes “
